I made 2 appointments and each were cancelled on the day. I do not suffer fools - it was clear, it was inconvenient to meet on the Friday and again on a Monday. There are plenty of other accountancy services that would jump at your business. Very disappointing
Two email attempts at contacting to offer new business has been met with silence. Phone calls unanswered. Im not one for getting upset about these things but the communication needs to be improved at this firm.
