Absolutely impressed. Brought my cheap bike to change the brakes and have a "quick check to see that everything was in order" and very honestly, knowing that they were losing a sale, they told me it wasn't worth it. Full repair would've been more than the actual bike itself and changing the brakes wouldn't really fix the bike's problems.I will definitely go there to get my next bike ! Thanks!
Excellent quality service and reasonable prices. Staff is always really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. Always very professional and efficient! I have rented bikes from them several times and they were always in excellent, like new condition. I was also impressed by how much my own bike improved after getting it serviced at Biketrax. Recently, I walked into the shop looking for emergency equipment (badly planned evening ride with no lights on the bike!), I can't thank the staff enough for their help.
We rented bikes from this shop for a week-long tour of the Borders. I cant say enough about the guys who helped us. They were friendly, kind, and great bike mechanics who took much time to ensure that we were well-fitted to our bikes. After I rode my bike into a canal (long story involving cobblestones), they kindly offered a cup of earl gray tea, dry shirt, and a towel. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
there is a reason why this place is so highly rated, I went in looking for a replacement tube, bought a levers as well, came back later because the bolt was stripped, they helped me get off the bolt and gave me tips on how to do everything easier. Great chat, great guys, really laid back and professional, actually looking forward to the next time my bike breaks down.
I rented 5 bicycles with them and they were perfect for our 4 days trip. Everything in the bicycle worked perfectly, including the changing gear, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. Well done guys
