We took two day-long tours with Heart of Scotland on two consecutive days. We highly recommend the company and the tours: we traveled south of Edinburgh on the Rosslyn Chapel, The Borders and Hadrian''s Wall tour, and north of Edinburgh on The Best of Scotland In a Day tour. They were well planned and executed and provided us with an excellent and efficient exposure to Scotland outside of Edinburgh. The buses are comfortable,16-passenger Mercedes. Our tour guides (Graham and Niell) were very knowledgeable and excellent hosts who took personal care for us. We had a wonderful experience with this company and would use them again.

We had a pretty bad experience with Red bus driver named Andy, it was a very sunny hot day and even after many requests he did not switched on the AC.
The quality time spent at actual locations was minimal. The time spent tearing round and bobbing up and down like nauseous corks on badly maintained roads was exorbitant. If you want to photograph tourist traps, post it on social media to prove you been there while enduring a shallow review, this bus is for you.
