Lovely site - very clean and tidy. Shower/toilet blocks warm with plenty of cubicles. Staff couldn't have been more pleasant. We will return and would recommend it .
Nice quiet camp site. Taxi service in to Edinburgh. Nice clean site. We have been here a few times the week before Christmas. For the market. Worth come for the experience.
Great site on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Minibus/taxi provides regular trips to city's from the city. Local bus stop is about 15 mins walk away. Staff are welcoming and maintain the site to a high standard. Fish and chip van usually visits on a Friday. Amenities may be limited during winter months (no shop), may be worth checking with the staff so you can stock up before arrival.
Excellent site on the coast. The city bus company withdrew the route which stopped outside the site. A private minibus provides a link to the world famous city centre. Edinburgh Council hasn't noticed that 75,000 visitors a year use this site!
Fabulous, very private and the facilities are spotless! Congratulations to the wardens on a beautiful site, well kept and maintained. It's very handy to be offered a container for bikes too, which is a free service, and if your bike is too large the wardens will lock up into their own garage space, which is very obliging.An extra bonus is a mini bus that takes you right Into the city for a very reasonable return price. The driver gives a most interesting commentary enroute and its a great asset to the club location.
