Charging me for work they said they had done when really they hadnt tightened the handbrake cable on my mercedes and snapped it cozing it to fail its m.o.t one of my brake fluid pipes had crimp marks from a set of grips to what looks like they were tryin to damage more things to get money out of me and the thr cable that thry did snapp was the wrong cable they were meant to tighten and make my breaks uneven brought my dash up like a crimbo tree with all sorts of lights ......the receptionist whos the most idiotic unhelpful dull sounding woman who thinks shes a machanic also who is nothing but a evil robbing idiot that gets told by the mechanics what to charge on invoices etc and started adding extra on to mines didnt even have the common courtesy to call me saying they maybe have to charge me for this or that no they just went ahead and done it and didnt again do it properly ......so beware of this garage onlt thing they should be fixing is the sadels on there horses bunch of cowboys a was told this was a good garage but hell was my friend wrong wont be taking my vehicles near them ever again .....and i am also contacting trading standards as i have the proof and photos of the mess they have left behind and dont think they should be near vehicles if this is the scams there pulling and as a said customer service is non existent from a grumpy old bat tryin to make you feel bad for her ......pffftttt its the real world love get over yerself eh ........alexander lattos you have let me down and should be ashamed of yerselfs......
Really friendly and approachable guys. They were so helpful and got my car ready for my trip back to Ireland! I highly recommend these guys
Good communication about faults, some repairs not carried out to a good standard, these things happen just would have been nice to get an apology rather than a grumpy response.
