Quality of wash was good although ground surface was rough

Possibly the worst express car wash in Edinburgh and yet the most expensive. The attention to detail is abismal as is the use of product on the vehicle. A weak foam that hardly covers the car followed by as quick a soft brush clean as possible. The guy doing the wheels doesnt actually touch them or bend down to spray with the haphazard slapdash spray only barely touching the top of the wheels. A quick wax spray and wash and your off. Examine your car after and most of the dirt is still on with brush streaks everywhere and grime still over the wheels. Result....bucket and water out to do the job yourself. I tried this place for the first time in years from when it was a contactless car wash (hopeless back then) and alas their approach now they use soft brish Is almost as bad. My advice...save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself!Fantastic response from the owner to a genuine review by a customer. Total denial and straight onto the attack. Seems to be the standard response to every poor customer experience. Clearly someone who doesnt value anything other than praise and fails to see things from a customer perspective when they have received a poor service.
From the manager down there is a feeling of apathy.None of the staff seemed to be happy to be here and this transmits to the customers.I certainly didn't feel like I was welcome here while they partly washed my vehicle.Yes that's right "partly washed."It gives the impression of a decent pre wash but that is me trying to be positive.
Really impressed with the guys here. Decent price, didn't have to wait too long, and they did a good job at cleaning my car. Will definitely use them again.
