Very impressed. Staff are gentle, reassuring and obviously competent.
I waited an hour on the phone to try and speak to them with it repeatedly telling me I was 'number one in the queue.' If you register with them be prepared to lose hours of your day just to book an appointment. I gave up after an hour waiting on the phone and think I would still be waiting. Terrible service.
Got my tooth extracted by a very professional dentist (I. J.) and his highly trained assistant at St. Andrews Day. Beautiful job done. No pain and bleeding stopped 10 minutes after the small surgery. This dentist is the combination of doctor, nurse and surgeon. Just like the statement showing up the sign in the waiting area we treat everyone with respect and courtesy. From reception to dentist. They do work as they promise. Thanks a lot!
Fantastic quick and helpful service. In and out within an hour and including a filling. Staff were all very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. A credit to the NHS.
After having 2 emergency appointments with my own dentist and sent home with antibiotics and pain killers saying nothing was wrong with my tooth, I phoned NHS in extreme pain got an appointment withen the hour at 20.40 at night. reception staff were lovely, a huge thanks to the wonderful dentist and nurse who were brilliant, made me feel at total ease and chatted away while anaesthetic was kicking in and removed my tooth (which apprently my own dentist should have removed) I've now woke up pain free for the first time in 5 days. I'm so thankful. Thank you guys for being so friendly and helpful you are all huge assets to the NHS 5+++++ stars fantastic from start to finish
