Just popped in for a browse nice shop reasonable prices
So I love futon company and so happy to see a furniture shop on the high street.I been client for a long time and believe in face to face service ..Ive been dissapointed and appalled by service I received today in Edinburgh branch.I already look online the night before.. Excited to see they had a sale on oak wide shelves for a 119..I was super excited as i was going to buy this in my lunch hour ..I arrived to be told there no shelves on sale for this price of 119 and that price now is 159. For wide oak Shelves .I was fool and then brought it at 159..as left ..i thought im sure it was for price of 119.I look online again I was still able to order one at 119.I went back into shop to be told no I can't get one at that price but other online customer got theirs refunded to them as there no more shelves.The manager advise me she refund me but need pay 50 and wait 17 days for my money back.She just walked out room with out even taken my details to refund me All I wanted to buy my shelves at right priced advertised. THEY BROKE MY TRUST IN THE PRODUCT. very unhappy customer in Edinburgh branch.Staff rude..not helpful.I felt lied too and be told to just go order online .then...I now dont even know how they gonna refund me as they not taken card details Or nothing.. Bought a hanging set of fabric drawers to put in my wardrobe as lacked space in my room, the product was expensive but good quality for sure. Plus was on sale! (Often see sales in this shop though)
They don't have much stock in (tho it's a little shop so it's understandable), there's often sales on which is a plus.I'm a fan of the japanese inspiration for most of the furniture but their prices are not always reflecting the quality of the products
