Nice spacious up to date gym
The new changing room is a total downgrade! The lockers are tiny and you can barely fit any stuff in them, there are less lockers than before and instead of putting more lockers to accomodate more people they put useless benches with hangers that nobody use, who is going to leave his jacket unattended while working out? most definitely not me. I could definitely say that most of the gym users feel the same way.
Open 24/7 so Ideal for shift workers and those who prefer to workout in an empty gym at 3am! Decent range of equipment which plenty of options, regardless of what you're there to achieve. Loads of classes if you like that sort of thing and help available if you need it. There's no pool or 'leisure' things like a sauna, but that's what keeps the cost down.
Great gym, with a very good selection of equipment economically packed into the space. Equipment is always clean and any breakages/failures tagged and swiftly remedied. Excellent value especially off peak. Regular clientele focused but friendly and always welcome to work in if equipment busy. Haven't had any personal interaction with the PT's but they always appear and sound dedicated and professional. Room to improve? Of course more Squat racks, olympic bars and bench press, but they are limited for space. The plumbing in the Mens changing rooms isn't the best but new showers being fitted this week should help a lot. Spin and Studio Classes can be seriously LOUD, but just wear headphones/ear plugs if not your thing.Review based on active use for 18 months.
Great gym. Organised and kept clean. Flexible plans / day or week passes are super helpful. Made things very easy and affordable. Staff were friendly
