Thanks to Joe who after telephone call for help on discontinued tiles. Stack them and saved them for us to collect that evening as we travelled 33 miles. Thanks again Joe much appreciated.

Homebase's financial problems are no wonder if my last experience at the Craigleith store is anything to go by.I thought I could do with a wheelbarrow for a small landscaping job, checked the Homebase website for stock and made a d-tour to pick one up. Both a cheap 25 pound Saxon model and a 30 pound Walsall one should have been in stock, at least six each. The only ones staff could find for me though was a wonky looking ex-display Saxon one, another Saxon that was incomplete, and none of the Walsall ones... What kind of way of running a business is that? When was the last time they did a stock take here? They're running this shop into the ground and inconveniencing potential customers.
Terrible customer service. Went in for garden furniture, sign said seek assistance went to checkout and the guy said to go to the help desk. Two on the counter 1 serving and 1 typing paperwork stood for 5 mins she didn't look up once to even acknowledge me waiting. Looked at the tills lines up the aisle but only 1 serving. Find them overpriced to cap it off just avoid the place.
