Polite chap, but I felt he was slow and expensive. The firm charged us 11k for probate on a very simple estate - where more-or-less all paperwork was handed-over to them up-front, neatly filed. I would urge other probate clients to agree a fixed or capped fee. They also have a large workload and few staff, which can result in some frustrating delays.
I have recently used Iain High at Davidsons to purchase a property. Throughout the whole process Iain was extremely helpful, friendly and remained professional through both thick and thin. As is the case with many property purchase's and sales issues can arise and without Iain I feel my position would have been weakened. I therefore cant recommend Davidsons highly enough.
