Nice, secure and well kept car park. Only gripe is that if you want to use a parking voucher, this cannot be used. Scanner not present at pay machine.
Most spaces are private and if you do find an unreserved one it's very narrow! It's expensive and a difficult place to find.
Not the easiest to find, few one way roads that Google maps didn't pick up. This will change overtime I imagine as the road seems fairly new. Prices are high but the location is spot on so you get what you pay for. Not heaps of parking so best when you arrive to drive around a few times to find a spot. Very safe and secure, well lit at night.
I would not recommend this carpark to anyone. We reserved a space because we were attending a show at the Edinburgh Festival and didn't want to be late so thought reserving a space (all day) would be the best option. Big mistake. There were no spaces and all the reserved spaces seemed to be strictly for named businesses only. We ended up parking in these bays after a while stressing about what to do. No staff either. When we were leaving we had to wait a while until we were connected to the help centre in order to provide them with our reservation number and when we did speak to them she couldn't hear anything we were saying! Safe to say, it was stressful. Will not use the facility again.
Car park is very good for access to the City and the University. But we found it very difficult to find. We pre booked to save any stress but lots of bays allocated to residents and businesses. You are not allocated a space you have to find an empty one even though bays are numbered. Parking is tight. We pre paid on line when booking but got held up at the exit barrier as no one answered the help phone needed to exit. Luckily a member of staff did appear and validated our ticket so we could exit. Sorry for the 4 cars behind also wanting to exit! Expensive city centre parking and not a good customer experience.
