Excellent and friendly service. I have never been disappointed and every time I went I found what I needed, whether it is for my hamster or more lately dog. The owner always has good advice and is clearly passionate about animals. Prices are very, very reasonable for a small pet shop and sometimes cheaper than major pet supermarkets.I don't understand how people would be disappointed by the place, unless you don't understand the meaning of local shops or you expect Disneyland.
I really don't want to be mean, but I can't understand how this shop has so many stars?Maybe it's because there are not a lot of pet related shops in Edinburgh so the locals like it?Me and my boyfriend were very disappointed. It's small, I would call it a kiosk really. The products were nothing out of the ordinary, I had seen similar stuff in food stores, like Sainsbury. The lighting was horrible too, made the store look unclean which is was not.We learned our lessson, never to take online reviews to heart. As a tourist, we want to warn other tourists not to bother with this store. It contains no fun or unique items, but the main stream stuff you can find in food stores.
