Like others have said repugnant and rancid customer service , one of the worst pharmists in Edinburgh. Im all sure weve probably experienced the same rude sour faced miserable female staff member to draw such conclusions , god alone only knows how someone with that sour miserable attitude has survived so long in a public facing role.Like another reviewer said their DPD service is shocking just got told that I cant collect my parcel there because they suddenly clocked on that they Did not have space what a bunch of pathetic clowns , they should lose their DPd status as of tonight obviously happy to rake in DPD profits but fail at providing the service their being paid.Thanks to these inept clowns a imperative parcel is a day late and Im having to take further time off.

I had a very good experience here. I called three or four pharmacies in a search of keto test strips. This was the first place that had them in stock. Staff person was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Recommended.

Horrible customer experience. I wanted to leave a parcel for pickup by DPD, but was rejected because they considered the parcel to be too heavy - a limitation that was not indicated on the DPD website. I offered to place the parcel in a spot convenient to them, there would have been no reason at all for them to lift my parcel. They made me walk 1 mile to the next pick up location instead.
