My husband and I want to thank Sergeant Claire Hall for her wonderfulhelp on May 2nd retrieving our I-Phone from a rental car before weboarded a flight to Bologna. We were so worried because the i-phonehad so much information on it and we had left it inadvertently in therental car in the dark at 4 in the morning. Claire took down all of our information and contacted us at the gate where she broughtus our I-PHONE just before we got on the plane. She is deserving of apromotion for going out of her way to be friendly and helpful tocustomers of the airport. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL to her - THANKS, CLAIRE!
