Truly disappointing service. Reception staff provide a priori incorrect information that results in significant financial losses for customers, and even the simplest repairs take ages to complete. Getting through to reception on the phone is impossible, and they never follow up on repairs proactively even when not meeting the specified deadline, which creates a lot of unnecessary stress, too.

I had a diamond cut wheel refaced by this company, after only 8 months the lacquer has failed - they claim they only offer 90 days warranty on the job as it's "painted onto bare metal" yet I was told at the time that all paint repairs had a 12 month guarantee. Another review below states the same.Whether paint adheres is down to (1) using the correct materials (2) correctly applying them. What they're applied to is irrelevant.I don't think I need say more, do I?
My partner brought her brand new car in today as unfortunately the passenger door had been scratched in a car park. The attention she received was excellent and we would definitely recommend this company. Very friendly helpful staff. Thanks again
