From day one this small business impressed me with their professionalism, how they dealt with my requests (believe I can be a nightmare sometimes haha), and not least the amazing work they have done to my car. I managed to bend the panel significantly, scratched it quite deep almost to the metal, through all the paint layers along side the door/panel etc. I am a new driver and I was so worried about it all. The work is incredible. I cannot tell where the bend or the deep scratches were! No difference in the paint colour either. I looked it up in the sun light desperately trying to find a fault and I couldn't spot anything. Such a good work, great guys, friendly and professional and most importantly, they seem to know what they are doing. Worth the pounds paid and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Judging the company on how they deal with something when things go wrong, the answer is appalling. I was very unhappy and I expressed this, gave them an opportunity to resolve it, but they did not do anything. I would never recommend and will actively be telling others to steer clear. They caused me total chaos this weekend with a car due to go back to a leasing company not being ready. Valet company turned up with no car to clean, an hour on the phone to leasing company to re-arrange, cost of a taxi back home when I was left without a vehicle to use. They had a week to get the car ready, I confirmed over the phone and in person I would collect on Saturday the 29th but today I was told oh somebody mustve told you we arent open on Saturdays. Sadly nobody did, even though I explicitly said several times how important it was to get the car back on the 29th, nobody said they couldnt manage the job or it wouldnt work. Clearly happy to take the money without consequence.What an absolute disappointment for what I was really hoping to be good service after reading other good reviews.If they had sincerely apologised, even just offered to cover the cost of the taxi, taken any sort of ownership and dealt with me in an appropriate way, I wouldnt have bothered leaving a review. If you are going to treat a customer so badly, and refuse the opportunity to listen and rectify the issue- then few options remain but for me to tell others of the experience.
