Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered flowers following a family bereavement that were due to be delivered in Edinburgh the next day, which was a Saturday. The flowers were not delivered until the Monday afternoon despite arriving at the couriers on Saturday morning. As they had been light and water deprived they were in a terrible condition by the time they were finally delivered. I received no updates from Clare Florist or their courier after they were originally dispatched. Clare Florist did offer a refund or replacement but neither came close to compensating for this upsetting episode.
Ordered flowers for my friend online. The process was easy, flowers arrived when they were meant to and were in perfect condition. My friend loves them. Great, easy and reliable service. Will definitely use again
