Where to start ?Called to order roses for a friends birthday.Staff in shop extremely helpful.Flowers delivered on time.Then things go wrong!Despite following care instructions to the letter - First bouquet wilts within 24 hours.Friend calls shop - and is told "What we normally do in these circumstance, is to collect and replace"Not to worry, Shop collect and send a 2nd bouquet.This also wilts within 24 hours.Friend calls shop again - - 3rd bouquet is sent.You've guessed it ! It also wilts within 24 hours!This time, my friend gets through to someone who shares the name of the shop owner - He says their flowers come from as far away as Columbia and swears blind that they NEVER have this problem - (Why then is there a 'normal routine' to handle?4th bouquet is sent - sadly it too does not last.What a pity, that the product did not match the enthusiasm and service that the shop staff provided.
Williamson's provided our wedding flowers both for the venue and for the guests. Service was first class and the flowers were outstanding just what we asked for. The shop manager could not have been more helpful kept in touch regularly to check that everything was ok. Brilliant.

Have been using this shop for years for all my floral birthday and Anniversary gifts. Always been delighted with the flowers and gifts that have been delivered and brought a smile to many a face. On a recent occasion I forgot a birthday (oooppsss Bad Nephew) and remembered at 3.30 in the afternoon, so I gave them a call to chance my luck and they manged to save the day and delivered the flowers before 5.00 pm on the same day!! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.
