Just popped into the store today and we were served by a lovely girl called Lauren. She couldnt have been more helpful, pleasant and patient and considering I didnt go into to buy anything specific but did leave with three items she did a stirling job. She is an asset to your sales team.

Very helpful staff! We asked for some creative options to the typical castle and crown and werent disappointed. They quickly came up with a couple suggestions and bam, we found one that looked a bit like the Scottish flag without being too obvious.
