Brilliant customer service. Can't fault Jane. I found some earrings I really wanted for my sister for christmas. Despite not having any in stock and apparently me missing the deadline for xmas, she was very prompt with responses and has somehow managed to get me some and assures me they will be with me in time. Thanks for all the help Jane. I'm sure my sister will love them.
Jane was fantastic to deal with. I wanted a Scottish thistle wedding band to go with my diamond engagement ring. I'm in Canada so wasn't able to view the products first-hand. Jane answered all my questions and more - she did a mock up for me of what their ring would look like with mine. Once shipped she maintained communication with updates on delivery until she knew I received my ring. It is GORGEOUS work. It looks even more beautiful than pictured online. We ordered wedding rings online, to be picked up once we landed in Edinburgh. Jane was absolutely wonderful , making sure we knew what was going on, answering questions I had. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and talk with Jane. The rings are gorgeous, with an amazing craftsmanship. We will cherish them forever. Do yourself a favor, get away from the touristy stuff and take a trip up to Tappit Hen, you will not be disappointed.
After much browsing online looking for a thistle designed male wedding ring I noticed the Tappit Hen and their hand crafted designs. Me and my wife arranged a visit to have a closer look, Jane showed us some of the designs and also measured my ring size. I had decided on one ring design but wanted this slightly thinker in width, she said that was no problem and could do that. We were told that the ring was being hand made and there would be a wait on its arrival but you expect this for a hand crafted product. The wait was worth it, I am so happy with the ring and it gets admirations from the people that have seen it.Great customer service from the Tappit Hen when I emailed to ask questions too.
