Horrible torn faced staff. Unhelpful and rude. Place is a mess, stuff everywhere. No room to move. Again really horrible moody staff. Terrible people.
Visited last week to wash some bedding. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I left without being able to do the wash. They didnt care. I will not go there again.
I would avoid this dry cleaners at all cost. I took a fairly new and expensive mattress topper to be cleaned due to my toddler spilling milk on it, they assured me that they could wash and dry it for me and I was to pick up the next day. When I picked it up no one mentioned anything and handed it over, Once i got it home and opened it up I was horrified! Not only had they shrunk it (was a king size now smaller than a double) they had melted the piping that was around the topper leaving gaping holes with stuffing coming out! I called them to ask what happened and was very rudely told that it must be the manufactures fault. Im completely appalled by the service Ive received and dont normally leave negative reviews but wouldnt want anyone else to go through such a horrible and upsetting service. Dont chance it just take it somewhere else.
Phoned to ask if they dry clean duvets, was told no we only wash them, I said that was fine and do they do duck feather duvets or just standard material ones, the woman then argued with me, was muttering under her breath how thick I was. Not happy
