Excellent in all aspects, called up ahead of time and even though he was very busy he assured us that he would be able to has us serviced by midday the following day. We arrived with 4 large bags and when we collected everything was seperwted and folded. Would redrecomm!

My experience at Gorgie Launderette was excellent. I dropped off my laundry and was very happy with the price and the quick service. The gentleman there was so helpful. Definitely recommend to other tourists!
I often go here; you drop off a bag of laundry and pick it up later. Dry folded and smelling fresh. 6,- and it includes the detergent. Couldn't do it myself for that money. Very nice people who always are focused and pleasant. One of the best decisions I made this year was to outsource the laundry!!
I used their service several times, and since the beginning been told that they are charging 6 per medium size bags, nothing was mention about the weight. Last time perhaps I brought slightly larger bags and was expected that it might be more expensive. On the collection they asked me to pay 12 pounds as it was two rounds in the washing machine. They completely rejected my offer to pay 10 for 8 kg of clothes showing absolutely disrespect and zero approach to me as a customer. Even thought owners doesn't bother to give me a receipt or any proof that I have paid for my service.
