I cannot fault this Company at all, from the beginning to end. At a very reasonable price. On the day of the move, the guys phoned to say they where running 10 minutes late.. On arrival, they flawlessly removed the furniture, not a mark on the walls, they where very careful and efficient. Victoria called mid morning to ask how things where going. The 3 guys gave it their all, where very polite and nothing was too much of a bother. We could not have managed this move without their help and experience. There where a few challenges, but they took it in their stride. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done azmovers, five stars awarded..My daughter is now settled in her new flat, thanks to everyone who helped make this happen.

My wife advised me against choosing the cheapest quote, but I ignored her. Here is my balanced review.Negatives:1. Two guys turned up to pack the night before but thought they were here to remove already packed items.2. No delivery of packing goods ie, boxes, tape etc. The 'packers' then had to go to the nearest warehouse and then start packing late.3. Packers clearly ran out of steam/ couldn't be bothered and left 30% of things in the house unpacked. Very kindly left us a note saying 'we have left some spare boxes, please feel free to continue packing your stuff into them' - despite is paying for a comprehensive packing service.4. Two lads the next day then managed to smash some crystal wedding gifts.5. Wardrobe doors deeply scratched.6. Staff very happy to undermine their own bosses/managers, which raises concerns about the working relationships within the company.Positives:1. Was cheaper than the rest2. The guys who did the moving part of the job were lovely and worked very hard all day without moaning, for which we are grateful for (despite the above breakages). In summary:Would I use them again - noWould I recommend them to others - noAlways listen to your wife - sadly they are usually right!
Very unorganised service. It was a constant battle on the phone and emails to find out when our belongings would be delivered, of which - it was 10 days later than agreed on the quote. There seems to be a total disconnect between office and logistical operations. Our belongings did arrive in perfect condition, for which we are grateful for.
AZ Removals were great from start to finish. Dealing with Victoria was a pleasure she was very professional and every question I asked of her she came back promptly. The two removal guys were absolutely brilliant they arrived on time and dealt with a third floor move so quickly and efficiently that I cannot praise them enough. Their quote was one of the most reasonable ones and I took a chance on that and so glad that I did! I will definitely use them again as they genuinely deserve their five stars!
