Fantastic service from start to finish. Mr Sonny Munro was my estimator and his years of experience and lack of hard sell unlike other companies that came round comforted me. They were not my cheapest quote but I'm delighted I chose them as on the day of the move I had 3 excellent movermen for whom nothing was too much trouble and left me happy in my new home. Would recommend
First class service from a first class company. The team at Broughton's were brilliant from start to finish. They were highly professional with both ends of the move, including the storage aspect. When one sofa did not fit they bent over backwards to help until a different solution could be reached. Professional, friendly and made a stressful time fun. I Cant thank Ian and the team enough.
I would say to anyone, do not use Broughton Removals. They broke pictures, damaged antique furniture and lighting, smashed a table, literally threw things around, stored things and caused countless things to be damp damaged. One of the staff was clearly drunk during the removal. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. We never received broken belongings back - said they would take away and fix! We received no apology, feedback or compensation for a catalogue of damage. They come in cheaper than others because they offer an appalling and completely unprofessional service. Avoid.
