After carrying a worsening back injury for 18 months and seeing 2 different physios, I was beginning to lose hope that I'd get back to the sports that I enjoy doing. Richard took the time to understand my end goal, and has worked with me to get me moving without pain and back towards the activities I enjoy - injury free! The clinics are handy locations, and he is also a super nice guy too!
Excellent service. After injuring my neck and having many failed attempts at other local physios I thought the problem may be permanent. Richard however managed to fix the issue. He also offers appointments before 9am which means no need to take time off work which is great. Thanks again

After injuring both knees and being unable to partake in physical activity for months, I wasn't optimistic that I'd be able to make any sort of full recovery. I'd tried foam rolling, trigger point therapy, stretching and even built my own slant-board for squats, all to no avail. I booked in with Richard and he gave me strengthening exercises for the tendons, and exercises to improve my movement patterns. I began to see incremental improvements, and after 4 months have returned to playing squash.Richard's service was very fairly priced, and I was always given 2-4 weeks of exercises to perform between visits. I can't recommend his service enough.
