Great for runners. Monthly leg and feet massage is amazing and Owen has also been fixing all of the little niggles. Can't wait to try the new running treadmill to learn if I can improve my running style and mitigate these niggles in the first place. Well worth a try.
Following a bad knee injury while skiing a few years ago, and keen to get back on the slopes this season (2018), I received a recommendation to attend ProMOTION Physiotherapy via my gym. Owen carried out a detailed assessment of my knee and tailored a number of exercises to help me get back on my skis. In addition, Owen was able to recommend a suitable brace for additional support.The service I received was excellent, very friendly and professional. Without Owen's guidance, there is no way I would have been ready to get back up the mountains this year. My wife and I have done pilates for a number of years. We have had a few experienced teachers along the way and find that Lisa is one of the best. Her classes are held in a modern studio with a very relaxing atmosphere. The classes are small so very personal which is great rather than just being a "number" in a big class. This means you get personal attention and makes sure that all the exercises are done properly and well supervised. Although Lisa has a quiet and relaxing manner, she still manages to give each member of the class a good , enjoyable and varied workout. We would highly recommended this Pilates class.
I've been attending Pilates classes here for last eight weeks or so. The instructor Lisa is brilliant. The studio is great too. Can't recommend highly enough.
