Excellent firm I could not recommend them more highly- very friendly and efficient ,everybody turned up on time, were clean and tidy ,very helpful when problems arose, completed the job on time, were very professional in the way work was carried out.
I think they're excellent, and would use them again and again. They are professional, straightforward, honest and very respectful of your home. They installed a new boiler and I'm very relieved and extremely pleased I went with them.
Scott and his team have been out to do a couple of jobs for us and have been very impressive on both occasions, with a high standard of work and leaving the house without any sign of workmen having been in. Most recently we asked Scott to quote for a particularly awkward conversion of a back boiler to a combi. A couple of companies had already been out and either said there was no solution or that we would have to lose a significant amount of kitchen unit space. Scott himself came out to assess the job and was able to find a solution with minimal disruption to the house and book the job in quickly. We are really pleased with the work. Wasn't the cheapest quote (although not far off) but well worth the extra money for the professional can-do attitude! Would highly recommend.
Scott Findlay Plumbing recently fitted and installed a new boiler + thermostat + CO2 detector for us. We would also highly recommend them. As has already been said many times they were prompt, friendly and competitively priced. Simon also did our installation and was diligent friendly and tidy taking just 2 days to complete the work. He was obviously a very experienced engineer and was able to answer all our questions. We would also like to thank Scott, Claire and the office staff who have all been very helpful. Wish all companies and tradesmen were as good as Scott Findlay.
