I had a lovely 2hr bodywrap and body massage on the 26th January, I can't remember the ladies name, she made the whole experience very relaxing, I was apprehensive due to having rheumatoid athritis, but i came out the most relaxed ever. I would also mention the ladies at the booking desk customer service was exceptional. Thank you ladies for a very good customer experience

I had novelash lashes extension done at sleeping beauty after doing some research on their website and saloon. I've picked an experience lashes expert (named Charlotte) and the experience was painful. I've had eye lashes done before but nothing like that, I felt painful for the first ten minutes and very uncomfortable throughout the experience. However I thought it doesn't matter if I could have pretty lashes but unfortunately the lashes started falling out after one day and had a gap between my lashes. I made an appointment to go back for fixing it but Charlotte wasn't apologetic and claimed it was very possibly my fault for making them falling out. They have provided me a free refill but her attitude wasn't in any way you would call friendly. It's been another week and the lashes started to falling out faster than usual and there is again clearly another gap so it's clearly not what you would expect given the money you pay and it wasn't what they promised at all. I've had really good experience and not so good one with eye lashes extension and this one is definitely the worst for me. On a plus side, other girls in the spa are very friendly and nice, I would still recommend to try other spa services there but maybe think twice for eye lashes.. hopefully my experience helps!
