Came out within 40 mins of calling on a Sunday morning, fixed the problem and explained what he was doing. Charged a very fair price, would recommend and definitely use again.
Martin is just brilliant. He missed our first call but immediately called back. Correctly diagnosed the fault over the phone and talked us through the solution. He was patient, friendly, polite, funny and fixed it! Definitely our first call for anything electrical. Can't recommend highly enough!
Terrific! Was extremely quick to arrive in an urgent situation despite it being Sunday, very communicative, made sure to explain everything he did and all my options and what was happening and before/as he did work. Entirely helpful and professional. I will definitely call again. =)
Absolutely brilliant we had an emergency in our hotel and called at 7pm on a Monday night, Martin was here within 30mins and fixed the problem. Very friendly and professional service we will be using them again and I can highly recommend.
