Fantastic service - went in to place an order for a rather expensive part but was advised buying a much cheaper and better alternative as a solution. Not too often you get consumer advice that saves you money and hassle resulting in less money in their till. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

I have used SM for a large project I was working on, working with Colin and John on getting suitable fittings when the plan went out the window. They went beyond the call of duty to get me the parts I needed to finish the project on time. Can't fault them, now they're my go to for everything electrical. Top marks, thank you.
We had a remote control uplighter problem. The staff here quickly sorted the battery problem without charge. Very friendly nice people. We will go back next time we need electrical service
Prices are great staff are helpful and friendly. Was in today the free coffee machine which does cappucinos had an issue. The in house coffee machine technician was on hand and saved the day with his outstanding of this particular machine so I left with everything I needed and a roasting hot cappucino. Well done guys.
