I've tried to support local business and go in for electrical goods and advice on electrical items, but each time they have been very dismissive or even rude. I would recommend trying somewhere else, because this place doesn't seem very interested in helping customers wanting to buy bulbs or small things...

Called the store at 10 in the morning and the sent me over a couple of guys at 10.30. It was really quick and both the guys and the madame at the phone were really nice. Recommended!

Very rude; contradicted info on phone re repair service available once I'd lugged lamps into town. Not recommended.

We got some work done by this company and found them to be reliable and honest. Wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again, very helpful with general enquiries too.
