Angela was great, she listened to exactly what I wanted doing and did it perfectly. She was also lovely to talk to, and even offered to trim my fringe in a few weeks time to save me doing it myself between cuts. Highly recommend her - really good service and great value for money, especially with one of the deals on Groupon!
Admittedly, it is been a little over a year since I bought a Groupon deal at this salon - so things might have changed since then. First, the appointment was postponed 3 times either the day before, or in one instance, the morning of day the appointment. When I got there, it struck me that the place was not the cleanest, a mouldy smell, and the brush the hairdresser used was full of someone else's hair. The result was good and the hairdresser kind, but the other elements really ruined the experience.
