My review is completely directed to beauty by Melissa. I didnt meant to leave a review, until I had noticed Melissa had blocked me from her chat & from her page so I could not review. No wonder she has only got 5 stars. I simply messaged her saying that for the second time I was not happy with her service. Eyelashes she has done to me where poor quality and I had lots all of them in about 4 days. I thought she was not a bad person so I thought a chat about the problem would be the best idea, in fact no, she decided to block my chat and me from reviewing. Thats not how you make business.From the entrance of the salon I could see that it wasnt that good but I still wanted to give it not one, but to chances. And she had failed both times. Particularly the second time when my appointment was @ 2.15 and she came out about 2.35 looking at me in a horrible way saying youre due at 2.30 where she had confirmed by message (which I still have) 2.15. In that occasion she made me feeling extremely uncomfortable & unwanted, in addition to me loosing my next appointment in a different salon since she was late/ forgot about what time my appointment was. Got also a couple if other treatments from her. They were cheap in price and extremely cheap in quality. The worst I have ever tried. Again... I just wanted to have a talk yesterday but she blocked me. PS she posted a pics of me on her fb without my consent.
Kieran made a fab job of my hair today, I love it! He also had me laughing the whole time which is a bonus 10/10 would recommend
