It's annoying when people open shops and have just little idea of what they are doing. I don't want to get into details. Totally unprofessional nail service. Language barrier. Children could do nails better.... Some people didn't born yesterday to be fooled easily. I have tried way much better quality service for half of this price. Or you have it or you don't. Don't waste other ppl time of pretending knowing what you are doing.
I did a cut and digital perm with Alford (I'm sorry if I spell it wrong aha) and the process took awhile because of the type of hair and volume of hair I had, but the whole time he was cheerful, friendly, patient and attentive and I really enjoyed it!! He also gave me time estimates during each step of the process and kept me updated, which I really appreciated :) Both hairdressers who were present at the time were really helpful and made me feel very welcome, they were also very professional and I got what I came for. Thank you!
These girls were wonderful! They have a lot of colours to choose from, they ask and double check that you're happy at every step. I popped by today ready to make an appointment but they took me straight away. Thanks for the lovely bright yellow shiny nails!!
Just left the salon (got my nails done) and I must say all the girls are very polite, professional and delicate (so much that I was falling asleep). Check on me every step of the way making sure I am happy with what they were doing. The manager was very attentive and clearly had a massive interest in what the girls were doing and if it was up to the standard. Over all I am very happy with the results and would recommend. I will definitely come back again. Thank you Ladies.
