A year ago we began hosting a room on Airbnb and quickly found the increased laundry with guest bedding and towels was becoming a major headache - until we found Butlers Linen. The team are very friendly, obliging and, most importantly, efficient. We have 2-3 large bags washed and ironed each week and the service is consistently outstanding - on the very rare occasion a stain or unsightly crease on an item's been overlooked the team have always been happy to launder the item again free of charge. We wouldn't have been able to grow our Airbnb side-business without their extremely reliable and reasonably-priced service. Thanks-a-million Butlers!

Needed my clothes laundered while visiting Edinburgh on holiday. I dropped them off at 2pm and had them delivered to my hotel the next day before midday. Great, fast service!
They said they had a fire and lost over 2000 of bed linen, they blamed my cleaner and said she stole it, have used the same cleaner for ages and she is not a thief. They won't pay for new linen or replace. Filep avoids calls and does not answer emails. I don't understand why he could not use his business insurance to cover the cost of all the bed linen for his clients, the bed linen was on his businesses premises at the time of the fire so Butlers Linen should be responsible for the damage, I would assume they had insurance, I wonder if he did claim for it but not pass the money on to his customers. This a company not to be trusted with your belongings.
