My dress returned burned and when I pointed this out to the woman at the till was told it was my fault. She became aggressive and swore, which is unacceptable, regardless of frustration. She created a hostile environment-- mistakes happen and I would have expected the laundrette to work with me to find a solution rather than chase me out of the shop. I took the dress to another drycleaner and was told Raeburn Laundrette had used improper chemicals to treat my dress. They are unprofessional, careless and hostile. Avoid at all costs.

I found myself renting a flat that didn't have a washer though it was my understanding it did. After a week, I had a mountain of laundry from my son and I. I loaded it all up in a suitcase and wheeled it on down to Raeburn Launderama; not only are the prices great and service fast, but the proprietor is a lovely woman who recommended an excellent coffee shop to me. I swung by the next day and picked everything up. Very efficient and I highly recommend.
