Got clothes dry cleaned here. it took over 2 weeks, was extremely expensive and was delayed. i had to go back 4 times to ask for my items, each time talking to a different member of staff who had no idea what I was asking about. when i asked for some money off for the poor service i was told to wait for the manager. she was extremely rude, ignoring me. do not use this service, it is expensive and unreliable
Sundial Laundrette is a real treasure. My wife and I were traveling, time was short, and we were desperate to get our laundry done. The lady at Sundial, was very nice and gave us a very good price. When we picked up the laundry a few hours later, everything was folded neatly. Additionally, everything smelled so fresh. Incidentally, Sundial Laundrette is conveniently located right off the bus route #2. When my wife and I return to Edinburgh, we will surely use this laundrette again.
We were traveling and needed laundry done in a hurry. The women at counter at sundial launderette was so nice and told us about wash and pick up service the same day that was very reasonably priced. My husband and I dropped off our clothes around 10am and they were ready the same day. They smelled so clean and fresh, were folded nicely and packed back in our duffle bags. We will definitely use this very efficient laundry service the next time we visit Edinburgh. Thank you Sundial!
Terrible service. Handed in a 200 duvet to be dry cleaned. The duvet was returned with burn marks all over it and it now smells burnt. Ruined the duvet and refused to take responsibility for it. Not compensated in any way. Avoid this company.
