Great location on the High Street across from St Giles Cathedral. Has a decent range of whisky, but some of the rare bottles are right at the top end of retail prices.The most valuable are on the top shelves and difficult to see labelling. I get protecting valuables, but price is dependant not just on rarity, but also on condition of label and fill level amongst other things. Impossible to discern unfortunately, without asking to see each one individually.Also got the impression I wasn't taken seriously by staff. Feels like they have lost the lead they once had as a specialist whisky shop. I'll stick to buying from auction.
