We saw fantastic beasts the crimes of grindelwald here. The seating was great! Certainly puts seating in other big brand cinemas to shame. The sound quality was also incredible over other big cinemas too. The service was good at the counter however we weren't able to choose our seats, not sure if this is something that is normally an option with Vue. Love the milkshakes and tango ice blasts, always a must for us when we go.
Great value at 6 a ticket. The lift up to the cinema is very small but my partner (who is in a large electric wheelchair) and I were able to fit in it. Carer/companion tickets are free and staff are helpful. The wheelchair spaces are very close to the screen which isn't great and in most screens there is quite a gap between the wheelchair space and the accompanying seat.
The cinema is great. Spacious seating. Good quality screening. Amazing candy store just outside. May be a tad pricey but otherwise really good overall viewing experience.
Good location, but showing its age in the seating. The ocean terminal Vue, has luxury seating and a far superior layout. The front seats in Omni are far too close to the screen, whereas the newer layout allows a great view fun even the front row, with loads of legroom. The seats are much higher, so no craning the neck to see. The sound is still great and the food is typical, over priced fare.
Emergency exit lights cast a nasty light on the screen, reducing contrast (screen 9). In some scenes it was bright enough to prevent a character from being visible (briefly, thankfully). Seats are reasonable but no reclining like some venues are now offering. Good pricing though, so a bit of a mixed bag! Overall reasonable.
