We used Kerrs for our recent removal from house to flat.From start to finish the service was exemplary. Billy Kerr gave us a prompt estimate and to be honest I didn't get any others I liked his friendly no nonsense no teeth sucking or shaking head approach when looking at what needed moved.On the day his grandson was at least one of the guys who was involved and they were all amazing Their way of working was efficient having the van packed and ready to move well in advance of the time alloted. They were a great bunch of guys full of banter whilst getting on with the job making moving day stress free. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thanks again guys

Kerr's were excellent from start to finish. They removed everything efficiently and had our belongings in store for some months. They were always willing to open the containers when we needed something, once doing this at very short notice without complaint. Efficient removal back to the house and no damage. Highly recommended.
This is a review for getting a quote only. I had asked for a quote for an upcoming move, which was handled with courtesy on the phone, in person and via email in a timely manner. The person coming round for an estimate was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions I had as a novice to organizing a move and on top of that explaining me processes involved from their side, which helped putting my stressed-out self at ease. The quote I had received was priced competitively and fair and I received it quickly after the estimate. All in all this was a positive experience, even though I ended up not requiring the services due to a change in my circumstances. I will definitely keep their details for the future.
