Lovely walk on a nice day. Just watch out for cyclists on the path
big open space, play park for kids not much litter, able to go onto canal with wheelchair although there is steps at the end of Watson crescent. however it can be accessed at the next bridge opposite the school
Such a beautiful place for a lovely afternoon with a picnic. Some hill climbing for all levels.Some friends were visiting and my intention was only to take them to the pond on the other end and ended up walking and wandering a bit and ended up at the ruins of St. Andrew's chapel. It's such a beautiful park and place for people to go for a run, walk, just hang around and chill and finish with ice cream cones from the ice cream van. In love with his place.
Although Google maps doesn't use it as a walking road, it's an ideal and very romantic path to the city center if you stay in this neighborhood of the city. Just walk to the quiet Harrison Park, straight to the river. Enjoy the water, the wild nature, the beautiful historical buildings you see underway and the awesome little canal boats...
