This place is gorgeous. Bring good shoes and be careful after it rains as it is quite slippery. The hike is definitely worth the view though, I wasn't able to make it all the way to the top and I wish I had! Beautiful birds and scenery and natural life. I went in the morning to catch the sunrise and it was breathtaking, as you can see the entirety of the city from even the smaller peaks.

Big space for the kids to release their energy. Amazing scenery overlooking the city.Climbing Arthur seat was a fun adventure. It would be better though in a dry weather as the pathway becomes slippery from the rain.

Stunning park with the ancient Arthur's Seat volcano as the centerpiece, 250 metres tall. A great combination of hills, lakes and fields in the centre of a major city is definitely a novelty worth experiencing. The views at every level are magnificent and there are always people going up and down the hills, so you're never alone!

The park has some amazing views and atmosphere. It's a bit crowded , mostly at the top , but the view from Arthur's Seat is astounding. It's a bit cold at the top , so you should dress properly, especially at winter !There are many places to sit and watch the view aside from the top , many meadows and small paths. Take your time since it is one of the best things to do in Edinburgh.

his is a real treasure in townyou get amazing views of the cityscape! You can do an easy, moderate or strenuous hike depending on which path you choose. Then you can walk by the Queens residence on your way out. The wild countryside bordering on the centre of the city. Just the place to walk off an indulgent meal or marvel at the volcanic crags.
