I can't recommend Celsius highly enough. Celsius have been servicing, repairing and installing boilers and heating systems in properties I manage over the last 6 years. The service from Michael and his team has always been excellent and is second to none. Celsius are always willing to help in an emergency. The tracker service keeps you informed of estimated times for engineers to arrive for scheduled jobs, which is great and avoids having to wait home all day for an engineer to arrive. The engineers are extremely knowledgeable, provide a great service and are always polite and respectful of the properties they work in leaving them as clean and tidy as they found them.
I can't speak highly enough of the service I received today from Ryan and Ryan for two plumbing issues, and Richard for a boiler service. Celsius are the best plumbers I've ever found - they answer the phone, get someone out to you quickly, and charge reasonably. After a lifetime of awkward and dicey plumbers I'm so pleased to have found them!
Had a boiler installed. They accidentally poured boiling water onto the lawn that badly damaged it and lost a piece of kitchen door when installing the boiler that they claimed was never there in the first place. Later found the piece of kitchen door that they had dropped and left behind the kick plate. Later another plumber came to service my boiler and noticed the condenseate pipe was wrong. Again called and was asked for photos which I did. My new plumber also called but this was not enough and said they wanted a report. Totally disappointed. Seems that after they get their money they want nothing more to do with you and dont care about fixing the problems they created. I would not recommend this company.
Absolutely delighted with the speed and efficiency of Celsius. Engineer arrived exactly on time and texted in advance to confirm. Job carried out to highest standard. Would highly recommend the company.
Fantastic service from a very well ran plumbing company. Loved the fact I could track the engineer when on route, as I was shopping at the time and gave me the time to finish my shop and get home to meet the engineer. No more waiting in all day. Other companies take heed, this is what customers want.
