Jordan came to fit a replacement combo boiler today and carried out a fantastic job. Tidy, polite, efficient and hard working at all times. Jordan impressed me from his first quotation visit with his knowledge and his understanding of what we wanted as customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else.
I wish I could say that I had the same positive experience as other users here but I was fairly frustrated after having a very positive initial visit from Jordan, followed by sporadic correspondence and then total radio silence. If you are too busy to do the work then it is a simple case of being courteous and saying so (which I made clear several times).

It was April, cold, we had a new baby, and our boiler not only broke down, but was decommissioned completely as it was a danger! A certain, well known, energy supplier claimed they would have the tear up the floor and leave us with the mess (and high cost) to deal with as they claimed our supply pipe was too small. In came Jordan, who gave us sound practical advice, got the job done quickly, without any mess, all while we were on a planned trip the next week. All at an affordable price. I can't recommend them enough.
