Used to be a really good shopping centre but is in dire need of change. Food court isn't that great however baguette express and subway are great. Really only good for Morrison and M&S, shops in between aren't anything special. Brilliant for parking. They have had planning permission approved for an extension where there will be a cinema, so hopefully it improves after that.
All shops under one roof. Easy to get to with public transport or car. Plently of places to eat and handy for kids.
Situated on the west side of Edinburgh it has ample parking.Highlights are Marks and Spencer, Boots and a Supermarket. There is a Frankie and Benny outside and other food outlets upstairs but never been great. Just seems a bit tired now and I'd say Livingston is far better and only 20 mins away.
The choice of shops isn't the greatest. Main reason we go is the Disney store but there Just isn't that much here really. The food court is good with a lot if choice. If you are looking for a large range of clothes shops maybe need to go into the centre of Edinburgh instead.
Interesting selection of shops, good food court options ranging from snackyo fill lunch. Good parking and mobility aids if required from Shop mobility (Google them). Worth z couple of hours. Also very good bus& tram links to Edinburgh centre.
