Last year my beloved 12yr old boxer boy suddenly took seriously ill on a sunday morning.... it was clear he was passing away... my plan had always been to have him euthanised at home the same as my previous boxers however this was unexpected. It was a sunday and my own vet couldnt do a home visit. I made contact with the braids vet and reluctantly had to bring archie in.... not what we had hoped for. However.... i can not praise the staff enough. My husband and i were distraught at the thought of losing archie... but the staff kindly left us to spend half hour with our boy.... then talked us through everything...we held him while he was put to sleep... in the most dignified and respectful manner.... i could sence that even the staff were deeply moved. After we were left for another 20min privately to hold archie and say farewell. We were clearly upset and the staff were kind enough to not even mention euthanasia fees.... instead we were able to compose ourself and dealt with the fees the following day. For that i am deeply greatfull.... very compationate staff who showed some disgression under the curcumstances.
They focused only for money- no for animals. I was with my dog for INCURiN, because of peeing during dream. You not have to be ver to know, that senior sterylized dog (people as well) are peeing. They disagreed. Wanted to leave my dog because drill is needed. What for. I did't want to leave my dog- so they gave her medicine for pain and arranged next consultation. Every two weeks for next (the same medicine). Why? Couldnt I pay only for medicide if they doing nothing on consultation and giving the same? But price was 1000 for month. My dog get diarhea and is in worst condition than was before because of medicine for pain. They could kill my dog. And I still have no right medicine for dog which is cheap 10 pfor month, limit for inssuarance was finished- and I cant cure my dog- because I cant buy Incurin without their protection. Not recomended. But have no idea how to find a honest vet because I am from abrad.
Great vet practice, always seen quickly. Staff lovely and very reasonable prices.
I have taken my dogs here for several years. All issues have been professionally and pleasantly dealt with. My dog has his preferred vets - not always easy to get an appointment to suit. Hospital service also excellent.
quickly addressed my concerns and I would highly recommend!
