Vets Now is an excellent service. They even send a text with the address! One of my cats has an issue with cystitis if he is very stressed. When I got there, Vets Now were busy but the reception were very friendly and updated us with an delays. The vet was extremely thorough, time was really taken to examine my cat and discuss his issues I didn't feel we were rushed at all, and it felt like a service that really cared. I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon (I mean that in the nicest possible way!) but should he ever have a relapse, I am extremely confident Vets Now will look after him.

We are very greatful too the two members of staff that were on shift when we brought our beloved dog Bailey in, who unfortunately we had to put to sleep. They were very respectful, caring and kind at a very difficult time for us. We decided to have Bailey cremated and brought back to us, which was all arranged and done with the up most respect. Thank you to everybody involved

Excellent care provided for late night emergency appointment for my dog. Very friendly and caring staff.

Great service.at a very sad time. Staff gave 100% . Nothing was a bother for them. Explained everything before they did anything.Cannot praises vets now anymore.10/10

Called the 24 hour line for emergency advice as my dog had eaten something that was toxic.I was put through to a woman who asked what the issue was, to which I explained the situation; my dog had eaten a large amount of food that is considered toxic.Rather than put me through to a vet for immediate advice, she insisted that I needed to give my details to them before they could give me any help.I painstakingly gave up a large amount of information over the phone, including my address, current vet clinic and... Pet's name?! I did not see that this would be at all useful for a diagnosis.A whole 6 minutes later and the woman now begins reading out the "Vets Now" terms of service, describing, in detail, the 206 minimum cost of bringing my potentially very ill dog in.8 minutes in to the call, I was then told that there were no vets available and that one would call back. It's been 40 minutes now. I've since called my local vet and been given PROPER advice, not a marketing call.TL;DR if your pet has a SERIOUS condition or alement that you want QUICK advice for, do NOT call these vets. The people who answer aren't professionals and have a vested interest to get you to go to their clinic.
