The most professional and friendly vets for my hedgehog I've ever met
My cat had major surgery and both she and I were treated brilliantly by everyone there: reception, nurses, consultants, clinicians - absolutely everyone. They clearly enjoyed looking after her, and did a great job. But she couldn't settle after she was discharged, and I realised at around 8 pm that I wasn't able to give her the extremely vigilant care that she needed, so although it was after hours, they arranged for me to bring her back, and were so reassuring and kind that I didn't feel I'd failed. I can't praise them highly enough.
Been taking my cat here for cancer treatment. Really friendly staff and explain things great. First class service.

Can't fault them with how the exotics department have treated my degus so far. I've always ended up waiting for my appointments but, as they deal with a lot of emergency cases it's understandable. It's never been longer than a 20 minute wait past the appointment time. There may be a vet student present during the consultation from time to time as it is a training hospital.
