I went to do my parallelism with you a week ago. I take my car back and find that my steering wheel is still not straight. So I went back to you to repeat the parallelism that was badly done and you assure me that there are no risks, that I must come next week.I paid you to get a perfect job. The mechanics probably made my wheels straight but didn't take my steering wheel into account. Because of this, I had trouble handling my car because the steering wheel was even more twisted than before. So I scratched my rim which was redone a month ago for 360 for all 4, so 90 each.I ask for a refund of 90 to redo my rim. I gave you my trust, my car. It's not to make her come out worse than before. Great service start to finish dealing with Kevin in Seat Edinburgh who was great, helped me get my car within same day of purchase acknowledging the fact I travelled a long way, which was very much appreciated. Very friendly and speedy. I was offered a road test to which I took and was assisted by car specialist Hannah who then helped me understand how everything in my Seat Leon worked, not to mention also kindly helped from start to finish with taking the advertisement stickers off the car so that I was not left waiting around for long as I had a long journey home, to which I was very much grateful for.
